Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is searching for a Parking Supervisor at Brighton Resort. The role involves leading the parking lot crew, ensuring safety and organization for guests arriving at the resort.

Duties include capacity management, team oversight, and addressing complex guest concerns. Successful candidates will have supervisory experience in outdoor hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in severe weather.

Qualifications

• 1–2 seasons of supervisory experience in ski resort operations preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and radio etiquette under pressure.
• High endurance for severe alpine winter weather.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Open availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and motivate a team of parking attendants.
• Monitor real-time lot fullness and communicate data effectively.
• Serve as the primary contact for complex guest inquiries.
• Document vehicle damage, staff injuries, and safety incidents.
• Ensure proper safety compliance and operational readiness.
