Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking energetic Shuttle Drivers at Brighton Resort. You will operate a 22-passenger shuttle, prioritizing safety and guest service in all weather conditions. Training will be provided for resort operations and passenger assistance.

Applicants must have a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills. Availability for peak holidays and a mix of day/evening shifts is required to support busy winter operations.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement.
• Have a clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on safety and passenger service.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passengers safely and efficiently.
• Operate a 22-passenger 4x4 vehicle in varying weather conditions.
• Provide excellent guest service and act as a Brighton ambassador.
• Complete daily vehicle logs and inspections; adhere to DOT regulations.
• Assist passengers with gear and accessibility needs while maintaining safety.
