Job summary

Sunday River Resort is seeking an IT Coordinator to deliver hands-on, field-facing IT support across the Resort. You will install, configure, and deploy end-user devices and cabling, maintain network devices, and support POS terminals across multiple on-site guest areas.

The role requires comfort working in indoor and outdoor environments, including on-mountain locations, and documenting infrastructure for IT Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of CAT5 cabling and wiring standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• On-mountain tasks ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy end‑user computing devices across the Resort and provide on‑site, field‑facing desktop support.
• Maintain, repair, and test structured cabling and network devices (indoor and outdoor).
• Deploy and support POS terminals across Food & Beverage, Retail, Guest Services, and Hotel Reservation Systems; perform hardware break‑fix and device refreshes.
• Document local network and cabling infrastructure (e.g., in netTerrain) to support IT Operations.
• Support IT Service Delivery Manager and use ticketing and problem management processes.
• Work in indoor/outdoor environments, including on-mountain locations, with attention to safety and guest service.
