Job summary

Boyne Resorts' Boyne Mountain seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver outstanding service by issuing season passes and lift tickets, handling inquiries, and assisting with lesson bookings and locker rentals.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, interact with guests face-to-face, and support resort operations with accurate pricing, POS transactions, and a friendly, helpful attitude that reflects our LEADS values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Customer service oriented, friendly and outgoing.
• Flexible and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Issuing season passes and lift tickets to guests and team members.
• Providing accurate lift ticket pricing options to guests.
• Completing credit card, and voucher-based transactions through the point-of-sale computer system.
• Handling general inquiries regarding rates and resort policies.
• Providing general information on resort amenities and answering resort-related questions.
• Suggesting resort activities and restaurants.
• Addressing guest inquiries in person.
• Helping book snowsports lessons and checking availability.
• Processing seasonal locker rental payments.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
