Job summary

Sugarloaf is seeking outgoing and dependable individuals to join our team at 45 North as Breakfast Servers for the winter season. This tip driven role starts at an hourly server rate of $7.85, with full and part-time morning positions available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must possess ServSafe certification or be able to obtain certification upon hire.
• Must be available to work mornings and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
• Monitor and observe guest dining experiences. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
• Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable)
• Assist fellow servers as situations arise or as needed
• Assist bus person with clearing and resetting tables as needed
