Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company’s Arapahoe Basin is seeking a friendly Barista to support our Coffee Corner. You will take orders, craft beverages, and handle POS with a positive attitude to deliver legendary service and quality for guests.

You will work mostly indoors at a high-altitude setting and must be available on weekends/holidays. Training, tips, and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Basic retail computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Available on weekends and holidays.
• Must provide own non-slip shoes.
• TIPS certification preferred.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare beverages, and handle POS transactions with consistency and quality.
• Merchandise products around the POS area.
• Open/close procedures; sign for over/short monies.
• Follow food and beverage safety procedures daily; rotate stock.
