Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is hiring a Barista at Arapahoe Basin. The role involves taking orders, preparing drinks, handling the POS, and delivering friendly, high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-altitude setting.

As a Barista at A-Basin, you are \"the face\" of our Coffee Corner and will help to create a welcoming, clean, and friendly environment. You will assist guests with Food and Beverage purchases making specialty coffee drinks and preparing light food options with a helpful and positive attitude through use of a POS system. We are known not only for our A-mazing skiing/riding, but also for our A-mazing Food and Beverage options. **WAGE:**The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Arapahoe Basin’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, and responsibilities. The range listed is just one component of Arapahoe Basin’s total compensation package for employees.
