Job summary

Vail Resorts in Crested Butte is hiring for winter seasonal positions in the Competition Services/Race Crew. Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour with opportunities to grow through training and development while earning some of the industry's top compensation.

You’ll perform duties from facility setup to event support, with housing availability and a friendly alpine team. Valid driver’s license, English fluency, and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to ski/ride with equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ski to minimum of Level 7.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily set up and maintenance of race facilities.
• Event venue construction, maintenance, and event support.
• Other duties as assigned.
