Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 for roles including Cooks, Drivers, Instructors, and more. Join our mountain team and enjoy one of the industry’s highest compensation rates, free passes, free ski and snowboard lessons, 40% retail discounts, and wellness benefits.

Seasonal positions run through December 15th or until filled. Positions include full-time and part-time hours, with starting wages from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, housing available, and safety-focused training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to ski/ride with equipment.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in alpine environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily setup and maintenance of race facilities.
• Event venue construction, maintenance, and event support.
• Other duties as assigned.
