Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with boarding and unboarding chair lifts.
• Shovel and rake snow and ice to maintain ramps, corrals, and work areas.
• Inspect lifts before operations; check boards, tissue dispensers, switches, chairs, and ramps.
• Become familiar with lifts, trails, and other departments; advise guests as needed.
• Learn resort policies and guest service expectations.
• Report problems to supervisors and handle routine matters and emergencies.
• Maintain safety and quality service for guests and equipment.
• Support team goals and participate in safety meetings.
