Job summary

Grand Hyatt Vail Resort and Spa in Avon, Colorado is seeking a dynamic Ski Club Membership Sales & Member Services Manager to lead membership growth and deliver a seamless, personalized experience for our exclusive Ski Club.

As a polished hospitality professional, you will combine sales expertise with exceptional customer service, build long‑term relationships with members, drive revenue, and collaborate with local partners to expand the club and enhance member loyalty within our luxury,

Proven ability to build long-term member relationships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Membership Sales & Business Development
Proactively generate and convert new Ski Club memberships through prospecting, referrals, local networking, events, and resort-based opportunities.
Conduct tours and presentations highlighting Ski Club benefits, facilities, and services.
Build relationships with local businesses, residents, second-home owners, and visitors who are potential members.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales goals.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track prospects through the CRM system.
Participate in membership events, open houses, and promotional activities designed to drive awareness and enrolment.
