The ideal candidate brings extensive ski bootfitting experience, strong leadership, and a knack for solving production challenges in a fast-paced startup environment; starting compensation is $21/hour with full-time schedules, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Extensive ski bootfitting experience.
• Previous leadership, warehouse or operations management experience.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train, mentor, and supervise employees.
• Experience managing workflow, production scheduling, and quality control.
• Experience handling customer concerns, returns, and warranty issues.
• Comfortable troubleshooting production equipment, operational processes, and workflow challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production scheduling and warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory organization and quality assurance.
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Resolve customer fit concerns, warranty requests, returns, and technical questions.
