Job summary

The Loveland Ski Area is seeking a Boot Fitter to join our rental shop team. You will assist guests with boot and helmet fittings, operate the tech bench software, and help maintain a clean, organized rental area.

Responsibilities include fitting boots and helmets, processing rental returns, supporting attendants and cashiers, and completing end-of-day paperwork. A customer-first mindset and basic computer skills are preferred; 16+ ages welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Clear and calm communication, respectful to guests and teammates.
• Written and oral communication in English required.
• Previous customer service and basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in determining boot and helmet needs.
• Operates a computer with tech bench software.
• Assist attendants and cashiers with fitting boots and helmets for guests.
• Assist with equipment return.
• Assist with organization of rental shop equipment.
• Assist with daily cleaning of rental shop, workstations and exterior areas as needed.
• Assist with end of day rental agreement paperwork.
