Boot Solutions in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator for a seasonal position starting September 1. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling production, and coordinating orders to ensure a smooth Boot Solutions experience.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work across departments in a fast-paced startup environment. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn bootfitting concepts and product knowledge.
• Administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred.
• Experience with order management, scheduling, CRM software, or customer databases is a plus.
• Ski industry or bootfitting experience preferred, but not required.
• Startup mindset with the flexibility to adapt as processes evolve.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer messages.
• Coordinate production workflow and organize incoming orders.
• Track orders and schedule workflow across departments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with office administration.
• Provide general operational support to keep daily office operations running smoothly.
