Responsibilities

• Understand proper boot fit for ski/snowboard boots.
• Greet guests and identify their needs quickly.
• Sell products that meet guest needs.
• Provide directions and answer guest questions.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
• Tuning, repairing, and storing equipment per vendor instructions.
• Complete documentation for demos and sales; ensure receipts are accurate.
