Loon Mountain Resort is seeking a boots fitting associate to greet guests and guide them through proper ski and snowboard boot fitting. You will learn the store's services, promotions, and hours to provide consistent information to guests while contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, the ability to identify guests' needs quickly, and assisting with sign-in and information distribution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of proper fit of ski and snowboard boots.
• Greet guests and quickly identify guest’s specific needs and steer them in the appropriate direction.
• Provide directions and anticipate guest’s questions. Assist guests with sign in process.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all interactions.
• Attend and participate in daily safety and service meetings.
• Provide trail maps, brochures and contact information.
• Actively promote a safe recreational environment by educating the public with regards to “Your Responsibility Code.”
