Crystal Mountain Vista Bartender position offering guest-focused beverage service and confident mixology to support the bar team. You will prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, serve guests and servers, and promote beverages while maintaining a lively, welcoming bar environment.

The role requires upselling, adherence to opening/closing checklists, maintaining a clean bar, accurate POS entries, and stocking duties. Evening and weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• TIPS/TAMS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.

• Keep bar area clean and organized.
• Present menus, make recommendations, answer beverage questions.
• Open/close bar per opening and closing checklists.
• Upsell drink specials and food as directed.
• Record drink orders into POS system accurately.
• Restock bar inventory and complete side-work duties.

Job Summary

The Vista Bartender is responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes. Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar. Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas. Present drink menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding beverages. Assure that opening checklist is completed and that the bar is prepared for opening. Complete closing checklist. Up sell drink specials and food items as directed by management. Record drink orders accurately and immediately into the Point of Sale system. Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks for bar patrons. Clear and reset tables in bar area. Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to manager. Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies. Complete all side-work duties Other duties as assigned.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent Physical & Other Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule. Must have excellent attendance and conduct record for consideration. Non-smoking candidates preferred.
