Myriad360 is seeking an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt to lead organization-wide process clarity, operational improvement, systems governance, and strategic execution. You will partner with business leaders to improve end-to-end performance across people, process, systems, data, reporting, controls, and automation.

Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with verifiable certification.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional Lean Six Sigma initiatives from assessment through implementation.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and data flows across business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Create clarity around roles, responsibilities, decision rights, process ownership, data ownership, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Lead strategic business initiatives from discovery through implementation with milestones and adoption plans.
• Map current-state and future-state processes end-to-end (quote-to-cash, hello-to-cash, service delivery, procurement, fulfillment).
• Document handoffs, dependencies, systems, data, controls, bottlenecks, and impacts on customers or employees.
• Use Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes, reduce handoffs, waste, and complexity.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, root-cause analyses, Kaizen events, and improvement planning.
• Develop business cases, recommendations, implementation plans, dashboards, and control plans.
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for executives and staff; drive adoption.
