Job summary

A1 Garage Door Service seeks a dynamic Sales & Service Consultant who blends consultative sales with hands-on mechanical work. You’ll meet homeowners on service calls, build trust, and close repairs or upgrades, then perform the work. Training is provided if you lack garage door experience.

Roles include varied shifts with a six-week training program across locations. Expect uncapped commissions with earnings likely $90K–$150K+ in the first year, a company vehicle, medical/dental/vision & 401k,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in consultative sales.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and perform physical work.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls and close repair or upgrade sales.
• Repair door components, install keypads, run wiring, and test equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience to earn repeat and referral business.
