Job summary

A1 Garage Door is seeking Sales & Service Consultants who blend consultative sales with hands-on repair work. You will meet homeowners on service calls, build trust, explain options, close the sale, and then perform the repair yourself.

No experience? We’ll train you in mechanical skills. You can earn uncapped commissions with six-figure potential, plus a company vehicle, paid training, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year in consultative sales.
• 21+ years old with valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and perform physical work.
• Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Comfort with navigation apps, tablets, and basic software.
• Six-week paid training program (in-market and at Training Academy).

Responsibilities

• Sell on scheduled service calls; build trust, explain options, and close repairs or upgrades.
• Repair garage doors: replace springs, rollers, motors and other components.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and document each job.
