Job summary

A1 Garage Door is seeking Sales & Service Consultants who blend consultative sales with hands-on repair work. You will meet homeowners on service calls, win their trust, explain options, close the sale, and then perform the repair. No garage door experience?

They’ll train you. Expect uncapped commissions with typical first-year earnings $90K–$150K+, a company vehicle, tools, medical/dental/vision, 6-week paid training (in-market and at our Phoenix Training Academy) and a $1,000 bonus after

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid driver’s license and 3+ years driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
• Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments.
• Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls and build trust.
• Explain options clearly and close repair or upgrade sales.
• Replace springs, rollers, motors and other door components.
• Install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for proper function.
• Lubricate and test equipment and use basic tools.
• Deliver a great customer experience and collect payments.
