Job summary

A1 Garage Door is seeking Sales & Service Consultants who combine consultative sales with hands-on mechanical work. You will meet homeowners, close sales, and perform repairs yourself. We’ll train you in every mechanical skill needed to succeed.

Earn uncapped commissions; first-year earnings typically $90K–$150K+. Company vehicle, tools provided, and comprehensive benefits. Training Academy in Phoenix plus in-market weeks. Weekly pay and PTO offered.

Qualifications

• 21 years old and valid driver’s license (3+ years driving record)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
• Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales

Responsibilities

• Sell: meet homeowners on scheduled service calls, build trust, explain options, and close repair or upgrade sales.
• Repair: replace springs, rollers, motors and other door components; install keypads; run wiring; test equipment.
• Serve: deliver an outstanding customer experience and collect payments.
