Dan Realty Group is seeking a motivated full-time agent to build a $100k+ real estate career through expert guidance, structured support, and ongoing accountability. In a fast-paced, energetic setting, you will leverage proven systems with a clear path to six-figure income.

Our home office is in Eau Claire, WI, and we are expanding to Ladysmith and Jackson County. You will convert inbound leads, prospect daily, attend coaching sessions, and work with a CRM to grow your own business.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented — must want to earn $100k+.
• Must be willing to get your WI real estate license.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Coachable, driven, and comfortable with a commission-only structure.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads and work warm lead ponds.
• Daily prospecting and follow-up to build predictable income.
• Attend coaching and training sessions (scripts, business planning, accountability).
• Hold buyer and seller appointments.
• Use our CRM and technology tools to stay organized and on track.
• Participate in open houses and brand-building activities.
