Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Real Estate License required (Can be Reactivated).
• On-site availability for coaching, aligned with training sprint.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems, processes, and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Coachable mindset with willingness to follow proven systems.

Responsibilities

Compensation

$45,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.

Our main hub is located in Eau Claire, WI. However, because of high demand, we are also looking for partners in Jackson County (Black River Falls area), and in Rusk County (Ladysmith area).
