Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads using proven scripts and coaching.
• Make outbound calls to leads and sphere contacts.
• Attend daily sales huddles and weekly coaching sessions.
• Follow a structured sales plan to drive results.
• Hold client appointments and build relationships with prospects.
• Use the Brivity CRM for daily follow-up and tracking.
• Participate in team events, open houses, and sales challenges.
• Build a predictable book of business through consistency.
