Dan Realty Group is seeking a motivated full-time agent to build a $100k+ real estate career through expert guidance, structured support, and ongoing accountability. In a fast-paced, energetic setting, you will leverage proven systems with a clear path to six-figure income.

Our home office is in Eau Claire, WI, and we are expanding to Ladysmith and Jackson County. You will convert inbound leads, prospect daily, attend coaching sessions, and work with a CRM to grow your own business.

Qualificações

• Goal-oriented — must want to earn $100k+.
• Must be willing to get your WI real estate license.

• Coachable, driven, and comfortable with a commission-only structure.

Dan Realty Group is looking for a motivated full-time agent ready to build a $100k+ real estate career through expert guidance, structured support, and ongoing accountability. If you excel in a fast-paced, energetic setting and want to leverage proven systems with a clear path to six-figure income, this role is ideal for you. Every agent on our team, by year 2 or 3 is making over $100k annually, with many achieving between $150k and $200k+.

If you excel in a fast-paced, energetic setting and want to leverage proven systems with a clear path to six-figure income, this role is ideal for you. Every agent on our team, by year 2 or 3 is making over $100k annually, with many achieving between $150k and $200k+.

Our home office location is in Eau Claire WI, and are also looking to add teammates in Ladysmith, WI (Rusk County) along with Jackson County, WI (Black River Falls).

Our main hub is located in Eau Claire, WI. However, because of high demand, we are also looking for partners in Jackson County (Black River Falls area), and in Rusk County (Ladysmith area).

We focus on community events such as local volunteer opportunities (Feed my people food bank, the community table, earth day), supporting local events (Eau Claire Marathon), and giving back to our clients by hosting client-facing events (Giving pies to everyone for thanksgiving, summer cookouts, Christmas parties, etc)
