Astound is seeking a field-based residential sales representative in the Greater Maryland area. You will meet with residents, property managers, and referrals to propose Astound services and sign-up orders.

Base salary starts at $38,778.69 annually with uncapped commissions and potential to exceed six figures through performance-based earnings. This role requires outdoor work and a valid driver’s license, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Face-to-face outdoor sales experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers in residential areas through in-person visits.
• Pursue leads provided daily and meet quotas.
• Understand property-specific service needs and explain solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review contract language, service levels, and obligations with customers.
• Attend sales meetings and report progress to management.
• Monitor competitive activity in the market.
