Astound is seeking dynamic outside sales representatives for door-to-door residential service in the Greater Maryland area. You will directly impact earnings through performance, starting with a base and moving toward uncapped commissions.

The role is field-based, outdoor-focused, with 90% of work in the field and a base salary of $38,779 plus commission, with total on-target earnings up to $95,000. Astound supports growth and compensation through training and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in field sales is a plus; ability to work in outdoor environments and face-to-face with customers.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property details within portfolio and explain service options.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitive landscape in the market.
• This is a face-to-face, door-to-door role with substantial earnings potential.
