Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant in Georgetown, Texas, to drive relationships with customers and brokers and close new home sales.

You will follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and complete contracts, with a focus on achieving strong six-figure income potential. The role requires at least 2 years in commission sales, preferably in new homes or real estate, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of proven success in a commission sales environment; New Home and/or real estate sales preferred.
• Ability to connect with people, and develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Action oriented individuals, with the drive to push sales to successful closure.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers.
• Procure and follow up on sales leads for our communities.
• Network with realtors and competitors.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Complete accurate and timely contract paperwork.
• Obtain and analyze market data to remain competitive.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Maintain standard sales office hours with flexibility to meet customer schedules.
