Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in direct or outdoor sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Pursue leads daily to grow customer base.
• Explain service options and sign up customers.
• Represent Astound professionally at residences and property managers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report progress.
