Astound is seeking a door-to-door residential sales specialist to represent our services in the Dallas, TX area. You will start with a base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $90,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills are expected.
• Sales-quota driven and able to work autonomously in the field.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and other sources.
• Distribute marketing material and facilitate marketing campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and maintain updated knowledge of products and competition.
