Job summary

The Auto Club Group seeks a Senior Manager for its Special Investigations Unit to lead enterprise investigations into fraud, misconduct, and security incidents. You will oversee a team of investigators, develop prevention strategies, and coordinate with Compliance, Legal, HR and IT Security to strengthen controls across our footprint.

Remote work is supported for day-to-day operations, with travel to Dearborn, MI or Tampa, FL as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of investigative experience in corporate security or financial crimes.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role managing investigators.
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of weapons handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIU investigations and prioritize caseload.
• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide strategy for FWA prevention and investigation.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Compliance and IT Security during investigations.
• Oversee reporting to regulators and senior management; document findings and remediation.
