United Automobile Insurance Company is seeking an SIU Supervisor in South Florida to lead the Special Investigations Unit, oversee investigators, and drive performance and compliance. The role emphasizes operational leadership, quality assurance, and proactive fraud detection within a growing property and casualty portfolio.

The ideal candidate has extensive SIU leadership experience, strong investigative judgment, and the ability to coach a diverse team across Claims, Legal, and Underwriting.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• 10 years of related leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in P&C insurance investigations, SIU environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Regional SIU Manager with daily SIU operations, priorities, workflow management, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and support to SIU Investigators.
• Serve as the primary operational resource and escalation point for investigative questions and case strategy.
• Assist with workload distribution and resource allocation for investigations.
• Provide coverage and leadership support in the Regional SIU Manager's absence, as appropriate.
• Triage, review, and prioritize SIU referrals; monitor case aging and diary activity.
• Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance and quality of work.
• Coordinate with Claims, Legal, Underwriting, Compliance and other units on complex investigations.
• Assist with monthly reporting, KPIs, trend analysis, and management reporting.
