The role combines independent work with collaboration with claims, underwriting, and legal teams to uncover fraud patterns.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in fraud investigation, claims investigation, SIU support, or related experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex findings.
• Proficient in investigative databases and standard office software.
• Ability to work with AI-enabled investigative tools.

Responsabilités

• Identify red flags, gather facts, and document evidence per policy.
• Review claim files for inconsistencies and anomalies.
• Lead thorough investigations across personal, commercial, and specialty lines.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports for internal decision-making.
