Travelers Investigative Services is seeking a skilled investigator to analyze highly technical information, coordinate with the analytics team, and drive complex cases to resolution with minimal oversight. You will work across multiple lines of business and potentially several states.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with influence and conflict-management skills to handle crisis situations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience in investigations or insurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret information and facts.
• Influence and conflict-management skills to handle crisis situations.
• Working knowledge of insurance and claims operations across Commercial, Personal, and Workers' Compensation lines.

Responsibilities

• Proactively analyzes highly technical information from multiple sources and drives cases to resolution with minimal oversight.
• Prioritizes investigations with complex allegations and significant financial impact across multiple lines of business and states.
• Provides exceptional customer service to business partners throughout the investigation lifecycle.
• Establishes liaison networks with public officials and law enforcement for investigations.
• Acts as subject matter expert, conducting case presentations to internal and external partners.
