Job summary

Insight Service Group (ISG) is seeking a meticulous SIU Investigator to conduct comprehensive investigations into potential fraud and misconduct. Responsibilities include scene recreations, witness interviews, document retrieval, and producing time-stamped, credible reports.

Travel and independent case work are required. Qualified candidates will have insurance/claims experience, ability to work with web-based systems, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in investigations related to insurance claims and liability.
• Ability to obtain statements and gather evidence for SIU cases.
• Proficiency with web-based case management and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scene recreations to analyze incidents thoroughly.
• Assess and document intersection light sequences relevant to investigations.
• Obtain statements from witnesses and claimants.
• Retrieve documents and materials to support investigations.
• Procure notarized affidavits to enhance evidence credibility.
• Perform wellness checks on individuals involved.
• Conduct unannounced visits as part of protocols.
• Engage in neighborhood and witness canvassing.
• Compile detailed reports with time-stamped photos/videos.
