Job summary

Insight Service Group (ISG) in the United States is seeking a meticulous SIU Investigator to lead investigations into potential fraud and misconduct. You will conduct scene recreations, gather statements, retrieve documents, and compile evidentiary reports.

The ideal candidate has insurance-related investigations experience, access to reliable mobility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in SIU investigations or related insurance surveillance.
• Reliable vehicle, computer and cell phone.
• Digital video camera with date/time stamp capability.
• Proficient with web-based systems and report writing.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scene recreations to analyze incidents.
• Assess and document intersection light sequences relevant to investigations.
• Obtain statements from witnesses, claimants, and involved parties.
• Retrieve documents and materials to support investigations.
• Procure notarized affidavits to enhance evidentiary credibility.
• Perform wellness checks to ensure safety of individuals involved.
• Conduct unannounced visits as part of protocols.
• Engage in neighborhood and witness canvassing to gather information.
• Compile detailed reports with time-stamped photos/videos.
