The Cincinnati Insurance Companies in Ohio seek an SIU HQ Operations Manager to supervise and optimize HQ operations within the Special Investigations Unit. This role leads analytics and lab functions, supports SIU analysts and technicians, and ensures regulatory reporting while partnering with PARM and Claims Operations to enhance fraud-detection capabilities.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with PARM, Claims Operations, and external partners such as NICB to advance fraud-fighting

• Familiar with PARM models and vendor tools used in SIU operations.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and direction for the SIU analytics function and SIU lab function.
• Support and identify development opportunities for SIU analysts and lab forensic technicians.
• Manage regulatory compliance and state reporting for the SIU function.
• Collaborate with SIU Field management and investigators and provide actionable intelligence for SIU investigations.
• Collaborate with PARM, Claims Operations and other CIC groups on fraud detection models and technology.
• Work with NICB and Coalition Against Insurance Fraud to support fraud-fighting initiatives.
• Meet established service standards and develop new standards as needed.
