Qualifications

• Extensive experience in insurance fraud investigations with at least 7–10 years in the field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role of SIU investigators.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SIU investigators and support specialists.
• Oversee intake, triage, and assignment of suspected fraudulent claims across lines of business.
• Direct investigations of complex, high-value cases and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve investigative reports and referrals to law enforcement or regulators.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; align SIU goals with organizational objectives.
• Implement quality assurance programs and conduct audits of investigative files.
• Provide training on fraud indicators and referral procedures to staff.
• Collaborate with claims, underwriting, legal, and risk management teams; represent the company at industry forums.
