Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on sitework projects.
• Perform grading, excavation, backfilling, and compaction to plan specifications.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow grade stakes, site plans, and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with utility trenching, loading, and material placement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
