We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious GPS Dozer Operator to join our earthwork and grading team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating GPS-equipped dozers to perform precision grading, finish work, and slope development. This role requires a thorough understanding of GPS technology as well as the ability to operate the dozer manually when necessary. The GPS Dozer Operator will play a key role in executing site plans accurately and efficiently while coordinating with other field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize risk of injury, property damage, or loss of life.
• Fully understand GPS Dozer equipment software, but be able to run the dozer without GPS if necessary.
• Responsible for all GPS equipment.
• Able to achieve finish grades, swales and pond slopes.
• Coordinate with rest of field activities including moving/positioning dirt loads on site.
• Perform additional assignments per Supervisor’s direction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 recent years’ experience working as a GPS Dozer operator.
• Active driver license.
• Must have a safety-first attitude. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures is required.
• Must have transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials up to 75 pounds.
