Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience applying process engineering principles in chemical manufacturing or a comparable continuous-process environment.
Knowledge of process safety management, environmental compliance, engineering calculations, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Ability to lead, coach, prioritize, and coordinate engineers across multiple operating units.
Strong technical judgment, written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and decision-making.
Ability to review complex engineering work and communicate risk and recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead the Process Engineering function as a site-wide technical discipline with clear priorities.
Establish standardized methods, tools, and documentation for process engineering work.
Develop and mentor process engineers; manage priorities and resources.
Ensure rigorous technical reviews and governance across units.
Drive process safety governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
