Job summary

Skilled Trades Partners is seeking a Sitework Laborer in Newington, NH for a full-time, temp-to-permanent role. You will assist with site clearing, grading, and excavation, and support underground utility installations including water, sewer, and drainage systems.

Ideal candidates have prior construction or laborer experience, can lift 50+ pounds, and are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and terrain. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site clearing, grading, and excavation work.
• Support installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems.
• Perform trenching, backfilling, and compaction activities.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and plate compactors safely.
• Assist with foundation preparation and site development projects.
• Load, unload, and move materials around the jobsite.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements.

Requirements

• Previous construction, sitework, or laborer experience preferred
• Experience with pipe laying, excavation, utility work, or dirt work is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on uneven terrain
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to travel to jobsites throughout the Southern New Hampshire area
