Responsibilities include site clearing, trenching, utility support, and material handling. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather, lift 50+ pounds, and travel to multiple Southern New Hampshire sites.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, sitework, or laborer experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site clearing, grading, and excavation
• Support installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems
• Perform trenching, backfilling, and compaction
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and plate compactors
• Assist with foundation preparation and general site development
• Load, unload, and move materials around the jobsite
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements
