Qualifications

• Prior construction, sitework, or laborer experience preferred.
• Experience with pipe laying, excavation, utility work, or dirt work is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site clearing, grading, and excavation work.
• Support installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems.
• Perform trenching, backfilling, and compaction activities.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and plate compactors safely and efficiently.
• Assist with foundation preparation and site development projects.
• Load, unload, and move materials around the jobsite.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements.
