Skilled Trades Partners in Manchester, NH is hiring a Sitework Laborer for a full-time, temp-to-permanent role with a respected contractor. If you enjoy working outdoors, building from the ground up, and being part of a strong crew, this could be for you.

Responsibilities include site clearing, grading, earthwork, installing utilities, trenching, and keeping the jobsite safe and organized. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and travel to Southern New Hampshire jobsites.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or sitework experience preferred.
• Underground utility, trenching, or dirt work experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site clearing, grading, excavation, and general sitework.
• Help install underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems.
• Perform trenching, backfilling, and compaction.
• Assist with foundation preparation and site development.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, plate compactors, and other jobsite equipment.
• Dig, move materials, and perform general labor as needed.
• Load, unload, and transport materials around the jobsite.
• Assist equipment operators and other tradespeople with daily sitework.
• Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements.

We’re currently hiring Sitework Laborers in Manchester, NH for a full‑time, temp‑to‑permanent opportunity with a respected contractor.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with site clearing, grading, excavation, and general sitework
• Help install underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems

What We’re Looking For

• Basic heavy equipment experience is a plus
• Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on uneven terrain
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Southern New Hampshire
• Union operators contract available; this position is focused on general sitework and labor
