Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Global WHS Program implementation and safety culture initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions.
• Lead site audits and analyze incident trends to drive targeted improvements.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities to ensure immediate care.
