Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager in Moreno Valley, CA to lead the global WHS program, assess risks, analyze safety data, and implement protective measures across operations. You will partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily work and drive continuous improvement in safety culture.

The role requires 3+ years in WHS or environmental programs, and experience leading teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience

Responsibilities

Lead our Global WHS Program implementation and be the site's safety champion.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
Implement practical safety solutions that protect associates while supporting productivity.
Lead safety compliance efforts, site audits, and analysis of incident trends.
Manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
Engage associates to foster a safety‑minded culture and communicate safety expectations.
