Job summary

CMGT is seeking a Site Visit Specialist to cover Gonzales, Ascension, Dutchtown and surrounding areas. You will inspect communities, log issues, and support Community Managers with letters, vendor contact, and data entry.

The role is 95% on the road, requires reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance. HS diploma and willingness to travel are required. Benefits include 401(k) and health options.

Responsibilities

• Critically examine each community, noting issues needing repair or attention.
• Must be comfortable utilizing software (smartphones, smartphone cameras, etc.).
• Assist Community Managers with processing letters, contacting vendors and data entry for Corporate staff.
• Travel to communities up to 90% of the time; mileage paid.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent; background check required.

CMGT is currently seeking a Site Visit Specialist in Gonzales, Ascension, Dutchtown and the immediate surrounding areas.

Job Duties for a Site Visit Specialist:

• Individual will critically examine each community, notating any issues in need of repair, correction, or attention. Attention to detail is a key part of this position.
• Must be highly comfortable utilizing software (i.e., smart phones, smart phone cameras, software, etc.)
• Other responsibilities include assisting Community Managers with processing letters, contacting vendors and assisting Corporate staff with data entry or other duties as assigned.
• Work will entail driving to and through communities up to 90% of the time. Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record as well as proof of current car insurance. Mileage will be paid.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Background Check required
• Must be willing to travel around the Denham Springs area and surrounding parishes.
• This position is 95% on the road.

Salary

• $14.00 per hourplus mileage
