Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check is required.
• Must have a Driver’s License and vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to travel 100% (around Denham Springs area).

Responsibilities

• Inspect each community and note issues requiring repair or attention.
• Assist Community Managers with letters, vendor communications, and data entry.
• Travel to communities up to 90–100% with mileage reimbursed.
• Operate smartphone and related software as part of daily tasks.
